Meet Your Instructors: Barry Carl
Here’s another post in our instructor spotlight series. A Cappella Newbies may not recognize Barry Carl’s name, but as soon as you Google him, we promise you’ll (especially if you grew up on a steady diet of PBS) say “OMG, Carmen Sandiego!”. A seasoned a cappella veteran thanks to years spent as the bass of A Cappella gods Rockapella, Barry is now a member of XRP, which is a group made up of other former Rockapella members Steve Keyes, Sean Altman and Elliott Kerman. We’re honored to have such a legend like Barry, who was a part of probably many of our first a cappella experiences, teach at this year’s VoCALnation.
